For active participants

Hello!

We’re thrilled that you’ve decided to take an active part in our conference! Below, you’ll find some important guidelines to follow while preparing your materials. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Active participants are required to submit an abstract at the time of registration. There’s no need to worry—there will still be plenty of time to prepare your poster and the 2-minute short presentation.

Please note that all work (abstract, poster, and short presentation) must be prepared and presented in English.

Below are some guidelines and templates you must follow.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION – SUBMITTED AT REGISTRATION

  • Abstracts must be written in English and submitted in .docx format.
  • Each abstract must include one visual element (e.g., figure, scheme, or graph).
  • The body of the abstract should be limited to one page of scientific text and must include at least one scientific reference relevant to the research presented. Please refer to the provided template for formatting details.
  • The abstract must list the full institutional affiliation of all authors.
  • Mentor’s name must be included; abstracts without the mentor’s name will not be accepted for the proceedings.
  • Please underline the presenting author’s name and mark the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).

Citation Format
