For active participants

Hello!

We’re thrilled that you’ve decided to take an active part in our conference! Below, you’ll find some important guidelines to follow while preparing your materials. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Active participants are required to submit an abstract at the time of registration. There’s no need to worry—there will still be plenty of time to prepare your poster and the 2-minute short presentation.

Please note that all work (abstract, poster, and short presentation) must be prepared and presented in English.

Below are some guidelines and templates you must follow.

An abstract must be written in English and contain one figure (picture, scheme, graph…). It should contain no more than one (1) page of scientific text with at least one cited scientific reference connected to your research. Please see the template for more information. Accepted file format: docx.

Abstract must include relevant affiliation. Please note abstracts where mentor’s name is not listed will not be included in the proceedings.

Title of all your submitted abstract must be generated as:
Name_Surname_CE2025_abs.docx

PPT PRESENTATION – YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT IT AT THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER
Prepare a short 2-minute presentation of the presented research in English. For more information, please see the provided presentation template. Accepted file format: pptx.

You may adjust the font’s position and size as necessary.

The PowerPoint presentation template will be made available towards the end of August!

POSTER
Please use the A0 poster size in portrait orientation. Your poster must include the presenter’s name, organization, and mentor’s name. Each participant is solely responsible for printing their own poster. Equipment for mounting posters on the panels will be available at the venue.
