Hello there! We are extremely happy that you have decided to actively participate at our conference. Below are some instructions that you must follow while preparing your material. We are looking forward to seeing what you will create!
Active participants are asked to submit only an abstract upon registration, so there is no need to worry as they will still have plenty of time to prepare the poster and a 2-minute short presentation.
Please note that all work (abstract, poster, and short presentation) must be prepared and presented in English.
Below are some guidelines and templates you must follow.
ABSTRACTS - SUBMITTED AT REGISTRATION
An abstract must be written in English. It should contain no more than one (1) page of scientific text with at least one cited scientific reference connected to your research. Please see the template for more information. Accepted file format: docx.
Abstract must include relevant affiliation. Please note abstracts where mentor's name is not listed will not be included in the procedings.
Title of all your submitted abstract must be generated as:

PPT PRESENTATION - YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT IT AT A LATER DATE IN SEPTEMBER
Prepare a short 2-minute presentation of the presented research in English. For more information, please see the provided presentation template. Accepted file format: pptx.

POSTER
You should use the A0 poster size in portrait orientation. It must include the presenter's name, organization, and mentor's name. Each participant is solely responsible to print thereown poster. Equpment to mount posters on the panels will be avaliable at the venue.
